World of Warcraft: Cataclysm – The New Expansion?

Although RezPLS is mainly focused on bringing you information about free mmorpg’s, it certainly doesn’t mean that when we hear some potentially massive news that we can turn away. Free MMOs are in their own market, which cannot be accurately compared to subscription based mmo’s, however, World of Warcraft is still the 800 pound gorilla in the mmo room, and when it moves, everyone takes notice.
MMO-Champion has posted a massive claim, that at Blizzcon, Blizzard will be announcing their brand new expansion for World of Warcraft titled Cataclysm.
Before you go any further, be warned, this post does contain some potential spoilers
There are many claims, which seemed to be “confirmed” through investigation and blue posts, and here is a rundown of just a few of them.
The Level Cap will be raised to 85.
There’s no suprise here, as basically ever expansion gives players a new set of levels to achieve. Although it’s only 5 levels, Blizzard is always able to fill the expansions with an uber amount of content, so these 5 may be some of the most engaging and fun yet.
New Classes
Technically not really new classes as it’s really only other races being able to be classes which they were previously not able to be.
